Great service

This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful outlook onto the sea and Bali in the distance. The staff was extremely good in all ways, very attentive (eg providing iced water by the pool without being asked) and the food was excellent. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did.

A haze-free trip!! Lombok was totally unaffected by the recent haze that has been affecting the whole region. For a start, Sudamala has provided an excellent service for our honeymoon trip! Special thanks to Sudamala staffs, Zul and Taufik for both fetching and driving us from and to Lombok International Airport. Really well run, delightful hotel. All the staff were fabulously friendly and efficient - from the front desk to the waiting staff to the gardeners and cleaners. A great wee complex, quite and relaxed, the staff were amazing. Because your in the local village you get to chat with the locals and give hi 5's to the local kids. Only negative thing is the mosque calls, they can be quite loud but you soon get use to it and blank them out.

A little peace of Paradise! Beautiful guesthouse on a hill in Lombok. One of the hest hotels ive ever stayed in. With a private outdoor pool and a fantasic service, this hotel is a dream resort!! From the room, cleanliness, facilities, restaurants etc. Every aspect was like out of a movie - stunning. Watching the sunset everyday on the beach, its been 10/10!! And a huge thanks to Dwi from the restaurant staff for making our holiday extra special.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had the most enjoyable and relaxing time. The staff (in particular Ayu) were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Pool is great, beach is ok (continuously cleaned). Breakfast was generous and varied. The lunch and dinner menus offered a wide choice and good value for money; the Saturday night BBQ is well worth it. A beautiful resort on Lombok. Room was superb with king size bed, half open bathroom with shower under the clear sky. We had a room with ocean view and a large balcony. Breakfast had lots of choices, almost too many. Quality of food was great. Also a beautiful large (40 meter) pool. Staff are very courteous and spa treatments very good.

This is a very beautiful new hotel, nestled next to its own small beach and looking out to scenic views of the sea towards a lighthouse and nearby Bali. The facilities of the hotel are very good with a contemporary design, a lovely and relaxing pool area near the restaurant, a nice spa (the Balinese style massage was very nice and relaxing!) and surrounded by pretty gardens. Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. Would definitely recommend a stay. The pool was amazing and a really decent length.
