"This hotel is priced so well, rooms are spacious with everything you need. Location is perfect for getting around Osaka and super close to heaps of restaurants, 7/11 and Lawson’s. Very close walk to Toshiba tower and markets around there. The street seems a little seedy and a bit grubby but we quickly learnt Osaka is all a little bit grubby in most places compared to what we saw in Tokyo or Kyoto. Washing machine and drying room worked perfectly overnight and clothes dry by morning. Train...

"The room was quite nice and new and the customer service is TOP, they replied very quick to any issue. There's no reception, but before you arrive they send you a code to access the facility. Everything went fine and we had a great time. Room was clean and looked like the pictures (superb!!). I would recommend it 10/10 and probably will book next time. The only two things I would improve: - room fells a bit naked, there's no wardrobe nor a table to lay things/eat - the elevator in the facility...

"First of all thank you for allowing us to drop off our luggage 6 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN. That helped us go to the close attraction (just a few blocks) Osaka Aqarium. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of additional amenities and adjacent to universal studios. Will definitely return!"

"The room was fantastic! It was super clean and quiet despite being close to all the shops. It was super walkable to get to the metro and all attractions around it.
