Service is good. We arrived early and they let us checked early(1100) w/o extra pay. Only the cleaning lady came in the afternoon which a little bit late one day but service is okay. The room is tight for two people. Very close to Seoul station. Staff helpful with taxi booking. There reception is on 19th floor.

Based on the photos in your website I was under the impression that there would be a bathtub in my room and the room would be slightly bigger. Instead it has no bathtub and the room is comparatively small. Location and building condition (ie relatively new with few wear and tear) may as well be its only advantage.

The Four Points by Sheraton Seoul Station has a dedicated and helpful young staff. The hotel is newer an very clean. What I disliked was my very small room and the limited restaurant. My room on the 31st floor was the smallest hotel room that I ever saw in 50 years of travel. The foot of the bed was about 2 feet from the wall. The restaurant served a pricy breakfast and offered only hamburger, pizza or ramen for dinner. My wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant the two nights we went. If you are not claustrophobic and don’t mind paying more for less then this is a good hotel for you. It is clean and the staff is great.

The property is right next to Seoul station which is great. If you are solo and possibly minority or foreigner, this is nice. What I have learned is that as a minority female solo traveler in Korea, it's hard to hail cabs. The subway made it very convenient.

Very poor service and the price doesn’t match the quality of the rooms nor the service. Surprised it Carrie’s “by Sheraton” name. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay there. I use Expedia so much I feel though they should be giving a partial refund.

The stay was very good the room was a bit small but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good the buffet has everything you want and then some. The only issue I had at the front desk during check in when they asked for my credit card for the deposit, I have my credit card on my phone as my credit card doesn’t have the number on it, they didn’t want to copy the number out of my phone, it makes no difference to copy the number from the phone, its just for the security deposit. I had to borrow my friend’s credit card. I’ve been travelling for two weeks in South Korea and no other hotel had an issue with it.
