The hotel is a wonderful option for those who are going to be around COEX. Walking distances for several attractions with a high quality service and bedroom quality!

Very convenient location. Close to a lot of eateries, CoEx and subway. The room was slightly small but had all the amenities. Would stay here again and recommend!

Abit old, scratches on floors, burnt mark on table. Clean toilet. Hardest part for us was the central heating as it was set to 27.5 degrees on heater perpetually and we were told you can’t turn on the AC as it is central heating for the whole hotel. So we had to open the window all night per the hotel staff’s suggestion. So would not recommend if you can’t sleep w the heater on.

The hotel was clean and beautifully designed. Everybody was so kind and helpful! The location is perfect - right across the street from Coex mall, minutes from the subway station, a brief walk from a beautiful temple, and directly across the street from the airport bus terminal. Highly recommend!

Very nice, clean and modern. Right across COEX mall, Hyundai dept store & COEX airport limo bus terminal. Very convenient to subway and shopping. Will deinitely stay here again.

The room itself was small but ok. Comfy enough. But as soon as I entered the room, I noticed some hair and dust on the floor. Moreover I found hair in a cup for tea in the shelf too. The stuff are nice but the cleanliness needs to be improved. That was such a disappointment. I chose this hotel because it’s new but it seems like a renovated property. Anyway, other than cleanliness, the hotel is located to a station, a bus stop to ICN airport, and a big shopping mall including a department store. So it’s really convenient and recommending.

Lights in the room are confusing, periodically the lights would automatically turn on. The bathroom sink is ergonomically horrible.

Good; could be better.
It's a bit expensive considering the fact that the room was quite small, the bathroom didn't have a tub, the whole hotel looked outdated and offered the bare minimum. But, then again, they probably based the price on the location. The hotel is situated in one of the best locations in Seoul.
