The rooms are slightly dated but very clean. Had a microwave and studio sink which was great. Super convenient as it's 1 minute from Sinnohyeon station and 5 minutes walking distance to the main Gangnam shopping street. Would recommend.

Fast check in and check out process. it was very difficult to get hold of the staff. No answer for over an hour when I tried to request late check in on the phone.

It was a great experience as a first time visitor. I felt like the room I stayed in was very comfortable and had good accommodations. The staff were very friendly and so helpful to me navigating the area a bit, given that I don’t speak any Korean. I also loved that everything that I needed was within walking distance and very convenient.

The area around the hotel is slightly loud during the early mornings but is something to be expected being so close to Gangnam. Other than that, my room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff were friendly and eager to assist you with dining options and cultural experiences. Facility was basic but clean and quiet. Bath towels weren’t plush but bed linen was in good condition. Equipped with microwave oven, sink, mini refrigerator and tea pot so I didn’t have to eat out every meal.

The location of hotel is one of the best. Easy to excess subway station and cafe, dining, shopping and everything. Most of the shops open early and close late. Very convenient and busy part of the Seoul. The room size is average and the floor is timber. They supplied various amenities. The room lighting was a bit dark for me. The staffs are friendly and I was satisfied overall.

The reason why I chose this hotel was the convenience of reaching shops and subway stations. The first impression of the hotel was not meeting my expectations as I expected from it’s photos on the Expedia website. I asked for an earlier check out, but the staff told me that it’s not possible because I booked the room from the Expedia. I reached out the Expedia team and they told me they can’t help me since I already checked in. They tried to reach out the hotel staffs who can fix the problem, it took too long and I had to check out one day before my reservation date without any reimbursement. I think it would be better if I booked the room directly through the hotel website for better communication. It was disappointing to see them passing the blame to each other.

Super convenient hotel! Great shopping, food choices, transportation, everything you'd want. This was my second visit. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay and I love that there's a microwave in my room. Not many hotels in Seoul offer a microwave.

Stay was very comfortable place, and staff are nice .. tho the construction was a bit too loud at times but that isn’t their fault just a little psa.. and the rooftop garden isn’t maintained during this time overall I enjoyed my stay would stay again! Cleaning personnel are professional don’t move or ruin your belongings 10/10!!

A great hotel for a solo traveler! Very safe area, lots of shopping and dining options and very convenient to bus and Sinnonhyeon subway stop. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.

The frontdesk person does not seem to understand how to assist client but simply ask me to contact hotel.com when there was some problem with room type (twin bed) though I paid in advance with notes to request for such. I was willing to settle to the room type (double bed) that they offered but just simply request to have extra bedding (not a bed) but the front desk was unwilling to assist until after arguing for quite some time. A simple request but could not be met!

Great value, property is well taken care of, friendly staff and clean & cozy rooms. The hotel is next to the subway station, which is very convenient and the area around the hotel is lively and full of things to do. Will definitely stay here again when I go back to Korea ^^
