What an amazing view! Staff are tripping over themselves to be helpful. You can tell it isn’t quite brand new, though. As the room is already starting to show some wear and tear… amazing facilities, otherwise!

We loved our stay here in the Signiel. Highlights being the staff and room accommodations. Would highly recommend an in room tablet for ordering room service and more a la cart options. The view is stunning and food was great but would prefer to have options other than just the buffet. Would stay again!

The views of Seoul from this property is second to none. The staff was attentive and would always help get the door for you and hold the elevator so that you could go first. The English at this property was also relatively good, so communication was easy most of the time. It is literally right beside Lotte World Mall, so very close to shopping and a short <5 min walk to the subway station. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The Signiel is a wonderful hotel. The view from our room on the 87th floor was spectacular. Our room was well appointed and the staff was so helpful. We were treated to cake, fruit and macrons delivered to our room each day. The location is great and we enjoyed shopping at the Lotte World Mall. We would love to stay here agin on our next visit to Seoul.
