Hotel was clean and safe! Location, spot on for shopping markets. Most shopping/tourist sites are 5-10 minutes train ride...subway only 2 minute walk from hotel. Purchased breakfast package which was filling and offered various selections. Many restaurants within walking distance if you chose not to eat at Tmark hotel restaurant. Great hotel

For 3 star hotel they did all they can already. Since the location isn’t at main street they must do more to make guests or cab drivers easier to find their way back ! I had a very dull moment with a dumb cab driver who doesn’t speak a word of English, worse yet, he pretend he knew his way and drop off us in the middle of nowhere along with my newly bought leather gloves. Frustrated!

I never write reviews but I feel like I had to share my experience. I have stayed at 5 stars and 4 stars around the world, and as a 4 stars hotel, this was absolutely one of the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was probably the best out of the hotel, although they weren't super friendly but I think that is just their culture, they are professional and answered all our questions and they speak English well. To start off, the noise. We stayed at room 905 and had a group of very very loud ladies at room 904. It was 1am and they were talking and laughing so loud, which shouldn't be a problem because like us they are on vacation too, but I guess the hotel walls and doors are not sound proof at ALL so It was like they were in our room practically. Our room was also very close to the elevator so we can hear EVERYTHING. We were supposed to be there for a week but the first night was so bad that I was about to switch to a different hotel the next day, regardless that I already paid in full. But I thought I would give it a try and instead of bothering the front desk I just wrote them a note and slide it into the room. They stopped right away the first night. But the second night and basically every night after that, I would hear banging and closing cabinets and drawers, and of course talking and laughing all night long up until at least 2am. So the 2nd night I called the front desk and told them next door was being loud and it is 1:30am.

Perfect
Very convenient location with only few minutes walk to Chungmuro Station. There is also airport bus station nearby to the airport. Only need to walk about 10 min to Myeong-dong shopping area. Room is spacious and comfort.

Good stay, mind the aircon, ask for fan.
Bed was a bit soft for my liking. Aircon, it’s true. There is no room control and it was turned off and became stuffy and too warm. They suggested we open the window, but you can hear the chatting from street level even though we were on the 13 floor. They resolved it by sending up a fan, thank you. We spotted some hair on fresh towels, unfortunate. Overall a good place to stay with subway just 3 min walk away.

Staff were friendly and location was close to Myeongdong shopping street. Downside was that it was on a side street from the bus stop so it took time to find our way there. Breakfast was the same everyday with one dish that alternated.

The room was very dirty in general. The mat on the floor was very dirty. There was much dust on the mat. We wore slippers in our room and we made the toilet floor full of dust from the mat. The table of the room was also worn out. The worst thing was the blood stain on the bed sheet. However, the service of the staff was good. It was only a 2-minute walk from the chungmuro subway station.

Was pleased with the value of this hotel. Great location, close to landmarks, subway stations, shopping and resturaunts! Our room was clean with a modern bathroom. The building also has a rooftop patio with some nice views

A good place to stay, and within walking distance or a quick subway ride to many hot spots. Not sure what happened but when we were booking this property, there were pictures of a pool and it looked different than what we arrived at. We later found at that there are two hotels, the Grand Tmark and Tmark, we were looking at the grand’s pictures but somehow ended up booking the normal Tmark. A little disappointed, but a good place overall.

This hotel is in a very convenient location (2 mins walk to metro station, 5 mins walk to airport limosine bus station and 15 mins walk to Myeongdong) They have differents kinds of room which suit quite a number of travel combination. Front desk staff speaks good English and helpful. The room is clean even its not up to the latest style. There is improvement for housekeeping. I got 2 conditioners and no bath soap. The housekeeping didn't notice that for 2 days. Of course, I ended up request to change. And there was not any body lotion. (I wasn't sure housekeeping missed that or it was not provide) I didn't like the breakfast. They served the basic variety but limited choice. Food tasted so so, coagulated corn soup, coffee wasn't hot enough and with no creamer

Staff was very courteous and helpful. A small hotel but comparable with larger more well known hotels. The folks at the front desk spoke good English and were very helpful with guiding us on what to do and see on our first trip ever to Korea. The hotel restaurant was excellent, a nice breakfast buffet. A small convience store located in the building gave it an extra point in my opinion.

Photos are misleading
The photos are misrepresentative. Maybe it look like that 10 years ago but they haven't maintained it in good faith. The carpet has nasty stains and is way overdue for replacement. Beds are old by the creaking of the springs. It's serviceable but you can find better hotels for the price. Might be worth spending $10-20 more for something cleaner. Only positive is it's good location central to most sights.

My Go To hotel
It was my 2nd stay and I think this hotel will lbe always be my go to hotel from now on. The location is perfect. Bunch of restaurants around it . There's a 24 hr samgyupsal place and a CU 2 that's 2 minutes walk away. Very close to train station and the bus stop of airport shuttle. Highly recommended. Oh, and the breakfast is really good too :) ** I love the view of the Namsan tower from my window as well **

地點近地鐵站，去主要的地標都算近，但是隔音差，聽到隔離房講嘢，開水同吹頭，床疑似有蟎，feel到有嘢爬，外在裝修新，但房內較舊，床同檯之間的路窄，難推行李gip，酒店沒有支裝水，但有海綿for護膚，浴缸的size啱好for160-165cm的人.

has a 24 hour convenience store in 1st floor, right by subway station 2 blocks, many restaurants right around hotel open well past midnight, very convenient location to market!

A good quality hotel ay a good price. Well located and reasonable sized room. Didn't do breakfast or need any service. Good convienience shop in lobby selling craft beer a bonus.
