"Beautifully located hotel with clean rooms and lovely views. Staff was helpful. I would definitely come back! My one suggestion is to refill coffee pods- they are not super expensive and I would rather pay more for room than have to buy from the reception each time- that is a tacky move. No 5 star hotel charges for coffee?! The hotel is so calming and well laid out. It is very under the radar which is lovely. Its people are warm. So the coffee situation needs to be dealt with! "Our stay was very brief as we overnighted in Lisbon to catch a flight next morning. I specifically chose this hotel as it offers a free shuttle to/from the airport. It proved challenging to get the shuttle to come pick us up as you have to call and I guess they were very busy when we called so we ended up using Uber. On the way to the airport we used the shuttle which was very convenient."
