"Location - easily accessible to several buses, the metro, to tourist attractions in Lisbon and other areas; buses were easy to navigate while not being a native speaker.
Atmosphere - the hotel itself is laid-back and professional. The guests are more intense than the staff. The staff was friendly and personable.
Rooms - small to moderate size, clean and basic. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it. We didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave; we would have appreciated such. There was a mini refrigerator stocked with alcohol and candy bars, not necessarily meant for food storage...but... There is air conditioning. Yay! The air is really good too. The water pressure was excellent in the shower and toilet. There were no issues with the water temperature in the shower.
Cleanliness - The hotel overall is clean.
Noise level - It was quiet on my floor. They seemed to put couples and families with older children near us (a couple). There were families with young children, but they weren't on our floor. I don't know if the rooms are soundproofed. The only thing I heard was someone continuously scraping a chair against the floor. I could sleep at night without issue, and I am a light sleeper. Not noisy in the streets either; light traffic at night and in the early AM. Dinner here starts around 7 PM and later (FYI).
Service - Breakfast buffet is the best; exceeded expectations. Gym open 24/7, worth it if a gym rat. :)"
