"The Highland cows were very cute. It would be nice if there was information about the cows, like names and ages. There were weeds in the plant pots in front of the cabin - would be nice if they were flowers! The bed was very soft but that’s just my opinion. The cabin was very quiet and the scenery was wonderful! Parking was easy. Location was good - parked at Newcraighall park and ride and took the train into Edinburgh!"

"We called the property to check if it would be ok to arrive at 10pm - after the stated check-in hours. We were told this would be fine. On arriving at 10pm, we were told “we were cutting it fine” and were given the key to the room. Not exactly a warm welcome. The biggest problem is that it is basically a pub and function room with some rooms stuck on top. It is also near the tram stop. I would advise travellers with big luggages to book the rooms on the lower floor as there are no lifts available and will be difficult to carry luggages if room(s) book will be on the ascending floors.
