"Stay here regularly, my go to for a night away or staycation. Lovely friendly leisure & spa centre, right by bus stops to city and neighbouring coastal villages, racecourse etc. Nice bistro food. Walking distance to miles of fabulous pristine beaches. I cannot fault Rakesh and his team at Kings Manor"

"The building looks lovely from the outside, however there was some niggling problems, no staff to meet and greet or issue keys and rooms, just email instructions to use door key fob for access to the building and rooms, quite steep stairs especially for us who struggle with stairs, in my room, the toilet seat was loose to sit on, single bed wasn't very comfortable and duvet barely covered the bed"

"Fantastic location with lovely views of the East Lothian countryside. Lovely time just sitting, watching the Highland Cows. Accommodation is spotless with everything you need. Owner is so helpful. Highly recommend if you want to get away from it all and just slow down for a few days."

"Very dated and scruffy. Mould on window wood. Holes in curtain. Toilet needing bleach Soundproofing non existent- could hear neighbours’ conversations and coughing through night. Hotel is in a beautiful conservation village so lovely views we also had a garden room with easy access to lovely garden and seating to chill with a cuppa. Breakfast was excellent. I recommend Open Arms hotel to anyone visiting North Berwick."
