The lounge area with the open fire is lovely and relaxing being able to have a pre- dinner drink and review the menu. "We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Ian gave us a tour if the castle along with a history. The rooms were cozy, the bed was very comfortable. The owners even gave us a ride to the tram when we were unable to find a taxi. Sue and Ian are a friendly helpful couple. "

The room was a decent size with a big bed and everything was clean The shower pressure was really poor but nothing you cant work around Breakfast and the evening meals were really good and the benefit of the pub on the front was nice for a chilled evening"
