"very very nice place to stay , not far from Airport and all the attractions in the city of Rome . place was very well maintain and wonderful staff , spatially in the morning for breakfast very friendly staff and good food . we will come back again ."

"I was informed when I arrived that my reservation did not include breakfast - which is strange since I always include breakfast. I’m not sure if this was an Expedia issue or a hotel issue, but there was no way to go back and see if it was clearly disclosed that breakfast was not included. It was 3 people so an additional 75euro/breakfast - which did not seem worth it. Breakfast was just OKAY.
Upon arrival was told I got a free upgrade - but it wasn’t - it looked exactly like the room I booked....

"By far my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in when in Rome. Not only is the hotel far from all sights you want to visit (minimum 30 minute walk) but for being a new hotel the shower would leak water onto the floor, there are no amenities and no free breakfast unlike the majority of hotels in Rome.
Worst of all staff and management was horribly unaccommodating and rude. At the end of our trip we had to leave a day early due to a family incident at home and we asked if they would be able to...
