"Ok"

"Overall sanitation was excellent."

"No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with"

"Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast."

"Breakfast was good"

"My husband and I have stayed here twice for an overnight road trip stopover, as the location is very convenient if you're traveling on I77. It's cozy and affordable, the beds are comfortable. We enjoy the woodsy, rustic vibes and the lake view out back. Would stay here any time we're traveling through the area."

"What I liked was that everything was as expected and I didn't have to do anything except go to sleep comfortably."

"The place is fine for a quick one night"

"Property was excellent. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The suite was very spacious. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Eggs and oatmeal were perfectly cooked. There were 2 different kinds of sausages as well as a waffle station and the usual cold breakfast items. Fitness room was a good size and had several different pieces of equipment including weights, kettlebells, ellipticals and treadmills. We would definitely stay here again...

"They downgraded my room from a king to a double because they were overbooked and had no king rooms left. I was there to enjoy a getaway as a couple; however, I was forced to take the double room and could not sleep in one bed with my partner. On top of that, during checkout, they told us they would provide a $40 refund for the inconvenience, but I have received nothing, and it has been two weeks since I sent them a reminder email regarding the status of the refund."

"Room smelled like dog, carpet was nasty, hadn’t Been vacuumed in a while"

"The cabin is just as described. Cute, clean and cozy. Beautiful inside and out. The staff were helpful and very friendly."
