"Like the location a lot. It’s 2 steps away from the subway station exit 4, when we arrived it was raining and we didn’t get wet at all. It really surprised us that the subway entrance is so closed to the hotel side corridor. Many good restaurants around the hotel. Century park is right cross the street. Nice view from the hotel "

"Bathroom door would not close properly and was cracked at the bottom. The shower door was also not sealed properly and the ground would get wet. Otherwise it was a great hotel and the staff was very helpful."

"Lovely hotel. Nice touches in the rooms with free coke and sprite and water in fridge every day. Slippers and soft dressing gowns. Lovely body wash ( different ones for morning and evening) and shampoo. Shower power was perfect. Comfy bed Breakfast was good lots of choice and styles of food. The outdoor area was gorgeous with superb views of the bund The area was fantastic. 10 minutes walk to Yuyan gardens and the historical area. 5 minutes from the metro. 15 minutes walk to the bund one way or peoples park the other way. Best location to stay in my opinion. Lovely friendly bar next door called chalet plus one side and a handy supermarket other side. Thankyou very much we really enjoyed our stay and recommend your lovely hotel "
