It was over 90°F inside the houseboat, making it nearly impossible to stay inside comfortably. We repeatedly tried to contact the host for assistance, but never received a response. "The best hotel i have been with my family and the kids. The location is near to all attractions in the key west. The rooms are pretty large and bring good vibes. The pool is actually a junior olympic size which is greatly appreciated by all of us."

"The only problem we had was having troubling getting ahold of concierge to get golf carts to ride around Key West. They say they have some on site but it’s only a few of them.but other than that the hotel was absolutely beautiful!!!! Staff were so nice and helpful!!!! Very clean and so much fun for adults and children. They have so many different things to play with and do just at the property!!! My husband and I will be returning it is our new favorite place to stay in Key West by far!!!!"

"Beautiful property! Very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. We loved the pool as the beach had sargassum and was unusable. We booked this hotel bc of the proximity to the beach. We were still happy that we booked it as it is very nice. Free shuttle service to and from downtown area. Had an issue with the AC on the last night but the hotel took care of us. Thank you so much for an amazing week!"
