"Our stay was comfortable and the coffee/tea station was a plus. My mom needs a cup of tea every night before be lol. We did have to ask for washcloth after the room was cleaned because they weren't replenished. Other than that we had no issues. The location is perfect and close to the shopping mall. It's definitely some place I would stay over and over"

"The room was clean and great for what we paid. However we were there 5 days and not once was our room linen or towels refreshed, even though I called down to the front desk multiple times for that ti be done. The first nighy we had no hot water....after a flight from ohio to Florida....and check out is 12 noon.....why did housekeeping enter our room without knocking at 11:15 am?"
