"We really enjoyed our stay but the staff made an error I need to report. We checked in early (3PM) and were assigned a room. It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. However, the room we were assigned had 2 queen beds and the room he was assigned had 1 king bed. We love being greeted with complimentary beers.
The food is not as good as when we stayed five years prior. It used to be the best breakfast we have had at a hotel, but now is a lot more standard.
Hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are clean except for a few small details like vents. Someone had been smoking outside and the scent was getting brought in by the A/C unit in the night."
