"Upon arrival the debit reader was down and the staff member tried to ask for a copy of my debit card to get keycards. We said no and they put us down as a cash payment. The debit card reader issue was resolved the next day and we used that option. The first room we got had some significant water damage that the cleaning staff obviously didn’t report to the manager or maintenance. The second room was nice.
