"Honestly this place was great for a one night layover before heading home from Gatwick. We stayed in a family room which has a queen plus two singles. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of dining choices at the hotel, and you can’t beat the convenience of it. Would recommend and stay again. Only gripe is that the coffee situation in the room is instant."

"I liked the location near the motorway - it's a busy golf and leisure club. Car park was full. Very quiet location, rooms spacious but there's no air conditioning. Nice bar where you can get a drink or a snack. Breakfast was nice - service not quite on point"

"Overall stay was okay, venue in itself was clean and well maintained. However there was no restaurant open due to a conference being held, only the bar was open with a limited menu. Food took over an hour to arrive and staff had to be reminded several times. On arrival food was cold and at that point not enjoyable for the overly expensive price."

"Hotel claimed not to have been paid by Expedia, billed me a second time on check-in. So I ended up paying twice. Now Expedia and the hotel are blaming each other, neither is being helpful processing my £200.70 refund. Frankly both organizations have absolutely abysmal customer service, really don't care about their customers. The hotel manager was pretty rude and offensive too. 0/5"

"The hotel is lovely but if youre planning on staying through summer, there is no air conditioning and our room was unbearably hot. They did provide a table fan but it didn't do much to cool the room."

"Hotel was in a great location. Free parking on site. Good breakfast choices included in room rate. Other guests could be noisy a times and some of the outside tables were situated close to the ground floor bedrooms."

"Breakfast is advertised as being available from 7. As we had a plane to catch we were keen to get it early. But hot food was not out until 7.15, fruit juice not until 7.20 and there was initially no bread to toast (just crumpets and muffins) and no butter. If breakfast is advertised from 7, everything should be available from 7, not 20 minutes later. very poor effort."
