She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. "Arrived at 230pm was told check in was 3 I was ok with that came back around 5:45 still can't check in. My husband who is in a wheelchair chair and I was told to sit in the lobby and that our room would be ready in 15 minutes. We were not given a room until 8pm Next morning I ask if we could have a late check out. I was told no and the front desk personnel was very aggressive and mean as of I was asking her for a million dollars. I stayed at this location before and didn't have an issue but this...

"Convenient when flying out early they have a shuttle and you can call to book your room and do park n stay. It's 9.00 a day for parking but better than waiting and waiting in the airport parking lot . The room was clean I just think it's in need of some touch ups and repairs for a Hilton affiliated hotel.
