"When we arrived, the manager was very friendly & helped Carrie bags to the room, as the lift was not working, he apologised for this, & told use, to call reception, if we needed any help, over the next 2 days, Which we did, On several occasions, as room was on 4th floor,
Staff always responded to our, requests for help, in a friendly way, nothing was to much trouble,
This is the 3rd time I've stayed here, last 2 occasions the lift was working,
The aircon in the room, really helped, as there was a heat wave, the weekend of my stay,
the staff have always been, friendly & helpful here,
That's why I've booked my room again, for next year's convention."
