"浴室地板沐浴時真的很滑，酒店有提供防滑墊，但小朋友沖涼時仍是很危險，定要改善，其他的不錯"

"房間一股潮濕的味道，房間很小，大行李箱、登機箱，就沒有什麼位置，淋浴區黃斑大約2個月沒刷過一樣。進出時一直被問：退房嗎？充電很慢（不知道為什麼），行充充電6小時才充43%。唯一的好，是我去沃而馬、南油近，步行約15-25分鐘。"

"酒店陳舊不堪，要自己致電職員到前枱辦理入住及退房。房間內雖然有電視，但電線竟然不夠長度插入電源，而且所有遙控器均已經無電，亦找不到服務員更換。三樓為KTV而且營業至零晨，房間隔音非常差。"

"We visited a number of the top 5 star, all are very high standard with competition driving very high standards, this hotel in my opinion is the best all around hotel in Shenzhen, perfect location with bay/sea views, next to shopping Mali with many restaurants and shops to choose.
