"We love the restaurant "

" I had a very negative experience during my recent hotel stay booked through Expedia. We were given incorrect rooms upon arrival, and the staff failed to properly address or accommodate the situation. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The shower was dirty, and the floor leading into it was filthy. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the hotel appeared to be understaffed, which impacted service and responsiveness. This experience fell far below acceptable standards. I am requesting that Expedia review this matter and provide a resolution, as this stay did not reflect what was advertised or expected."

"My favorite spot in Sioux City! I love having a hot tub in the living room. Close walking distance to Hardrock, and night life, etc. "

"Front desk wasn't staffed both times we needed assistance. Room was over priced. Beds were so hard I couldn't sleep comfortably."

"AC was very loud the first night. Notified the front desk and it was replaced by evening! Nice and quiet the second night. I usually rate the hotel on its bathroom and this one was clean and well maintained. Would stay again!"

"Would definitely stay again. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant, bar and bowling lounge were wonderful to have on site without leaving the property. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. There were areas of the room and bathroom that had obviously been skipped over with regular wipe downs as they had a layer of dust on them but it’s an old remodeled building. Not worth complaining about. "
