"Weird stay, the king size room ad shows pictures of their home and it makes it seem as though you will have access to the seating area beside the bedroom but the room is locked. When you get there, the sheet on the desk says that if you book through Expedia there is an additional 30$ cleaning fee which is not listed anywhere on the website so we did not pay it as it feels like a scam. "The drawer by the beds was full of crumbs never been cleared. The first night we had old stained and stinky pillows & after I complained one bed got new pillows. We had one towel each for 3 days that smelled like dirty feet. The outside had garbage which attracted the rats. This home needs a professional cleaning ."

"Highly recommend - seriously! We had a suite for 5 of us and it was excellent. Our only issue was a key card wasn't working, and we had to go a long way back to the front desk 3 times to get it rectified.
Not sure why the desk person didn't ask or mention that key card won't work if someone is in room and locks the deadbolt? Wish they had. It would have saved lots of frustration.

"We stayed one night before our flight back to Ontario. Fully enjoyed the heated pool and hottub with a view of the Vancouver skyline. Mattress was really comfortable. Bathroom was just gorgeous with wonderful walkin-in shower, Dyson hair dryer, robes and slippers. Just a wonderful stay! Lobby was not that impressive but the rest of the hotel is wonderful!"
