"Amazing stay! The host team was very helpful and great at communicating when i had issues with the check in form online and a personal item left after the stay. The check in process was super easy and relaxed as you just did everything at your own pace! Location was great, only a couple minute walk to the tube station that connected to all of london. Amazing shopping centre nearby and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was small but had everything we needed,...

"Decent location, right opposite westfield.
Booked previous week end in error and rebooked the 29th staff were not really helpful in changing the dates, expedia requested i contact them so a little disappointed as i genuinely rebooked at full price.
Very strange smell coming from the cupboard upstairs - my clothes still smell funky a week later!"

"Lovely property everything we needed but no tea or coffee. It would have been nice to have made a cup of tea after travelling all day but nothing was provided. I don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere before that didn’t supply a bit of tea and coffee and we stay away regularly.
Apartment was great but very hot as on top floor and it was July. Fans were provided and windows could be left open as at the top. Staff helpful and friendly.
Close to stations and shops/ Westfield. Quiet street. Would...

"We did not stay one night in this hotel , they had mold in the showers , fans did not work, no elevator was on the first floor and that was two flights of stairs to get up there with no help from staff and was told they charge to help with luggage once up there found and took pictures. But when told to staff my friend was told to delete photos would move her to another room and he did not want to see photos and the next room was the same. He did not offer to change my room only the fan did not...
