"The room had knats, dust balls and dirty shower floor. The front desk staff was not friendly. After arriving home I noticed some of my cloths were not in the luggage we immediately called (nect morning) as of today, no call back even though it was stated since we called so quickly someone would contact us. We were prepared to pay for shipping. No call back or email. Horrible customer service."

"It was a beautiful facility. The room was very well laid out. And parking in the garage was nicely located. We would definitely stay there again. Loved the room view. Staff was very helpful. "nothing really wrong with the hotel but i registered (through a 3rd party Expedia) for the ammenities like the pool, hot tub, etc. but when i checked in they were "indefinitely under maintenance" and closed. this is NOT disclosed when booking on 3rd party sites and they said it's not their problem or fault and they refused to give me a refund or cancel my reservation. But i called expedia, they cancelled my remaining days, then called my credit card company and they reversed the charge. another...

"Restaurant in the hotel was very nice and the staff was great."

"The hotel is very clean. However the decor is different. I had a single king room but there is not a dresser for clothes or a usb outlet to charge and electronics. The elevator system is awful. I had to wait ten minutes each time to use the elevator. Also give yourself 30 minutes to request valet parking. I paid 55 dollars for overnight parking another 5 dollars to have priority on the list and still took 35 minutes to get my car. The valets were very nice and polite. It was not their fault....

"The bedding and towels were clean which is important for us, but the shower was really dirty and it smelt musty in the room. The fridge also wasn't cold. My child and I are both allergic to mold and dust and it bothered our skin. But we loved that we could walk to our venue and the staff were very courteous and helpful."

"Hidden fees and depending on which staff member you got you received different information! Parking, internet, food and “destination fee” were not relayed properly and felt deceptive. Room was nice however the ceiling looked as if recent water damage. The location is in heart of everything and I felt safe."

"The ac was broken and our room stayed around 85 degrees our entire stay. The staff did not like to be engaged and were quite annoyed when asked about amenities. They also do not want you to ask for extra pillows. We had 4 travelers the pillows they offer were very flat so we requested 3 additional which the hotel declined to provide 3 instead gave 2. "We really enjoyed our one night stay here. The staff was very helpful when we checked in. From where to eat and how to get around. Perfect location for our concert at Spectrum Center. Great pool facilities. Looking forward to coming back whenever we're back in town."
