"Bishop Lodge is a beautiful property with amenities for the entire family: hiking, horseback riding, spa, pool, cooking experiences and many more. We had a one bedroom in The Grove which was very nice; comfortable bed, nice shower (water pressure could have been a bit stronger), fireplace and a patio. However, patio looks onto a wooden fence so there isn't much of a view compared to other lodging options. "Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. Only the food could be better. The breakfast was disappointing. No Cheese, no sliced meat, only filtered coffee. I would happily pay more for a better breakfast. Nonetheless we had a good time there and can recommend the hotel."

"This is a terrific hotel within walking distance of everything. The continental breakfast and staff are wonderful. Flowers galore on the grounds. Parking is available as well. We loved it!"

"Very nice hotel. The pool and amenities were excellent. The room was small and had poor lightning but otherwise very nice. Also on saturdays there are often concerts, some lasting til 1:30 am. Just make sure you aren’t in a room close to the venue as it was super loud in the lobby and adjacent rooms"

"Clean room. The four pillows provided were flat. Parking included. Quiet area and within walking distance of locations. Free breakfast, but no non pork breakfast meats. Ordered cheeseburger in restaurant and waited 10 minutes for mustard! She cleaned a table, went into the kitchen, served food, and made drinks while I waited. Finally I went up to her, she forgot and said she’d bring it to me. I went back to her and told her I’ll take here. Cheeseburger was cold."

"The staff was unfriendly and I was asked to explain my disability because I had a service dog with me. I called ahead to let them know I was bringing my service dog and I was questioned as I checked in. The staff in the breakfast room were inattentive. I had to go up to them and ask them for water and juice. The coffee was self-serving which I did not mind. I DO NOT recommend this place."

"Staff was outstanding. Location can not be beat - steps from the square. Lovely, comfortable room. Nothing pretentious, just an old-world (Santa Fe) charm. Garage parking made getting out of the city easy too. I would most definitely recommend. I wasnt sure what to expect and was delighted."

"Tim who operated the shuttle service was excellent. The hotel location was good. The front desk was adequate and staff was generally cordial. The breakfast food kept running out , the tables in the breakfast room were not clean and the decor was very dated."

Breakfast room cozy, food exactly what we liked: breads, fresh fruit, hot egg dish, staff friendly and accommodating. Location quiet, comfortably short walk to Plaza and city center. All in all, a lovely experience away from crowds, but close to plenty of Santa Fe action."
