"Good location for the shopping and night life, could be a bit crowded at times. Some of the first floor carpeting looked worn and dark in areas, especially the elevator. The room and bath area and sauna were all good and well maintained with all the amenities that we needed."

"The breakfast though expensive was a unique experience for us. I recommend it for someone never tasted a genuine lavish Japanese breakfast.
The bath facility was nice; definitely worth trying out. I liked the massage chair in the lobby as well. Everything worked as expected. My room was the smallest in the building but it still felt reasonably spacious. The staff was very attentive. I asked for help to arrange airport transport. "직원들 모두 친절하시고, 매일 방을 깨끗하게 청소해주셔서 좋았습니다. 물도 호텔 안 자판기에서 사는 게 밖에서 사는 것보다 저렴해서 좋았습니다.
다만, 세면대를 사용하면 화장실 바닥에 물이 새는 부분이 조금 아쉬웠네요."

"I went here as a single traveller with little to Japanese language skills and found it amazing. Though the staff had limited English, everything was communicated well and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. It’s very close to all the main attractions of Nara, but out of the way enough to where you’re not surrounded by people all the time. If I ever go back to Nara, I will certainly stay here again. "
