"Great location, close to the Hakodate Ropeway station, Red brick warehouses, churches buildings. There is the airport shuttle and bus station right in front of the hotel. The onsen, the bar for the sunset view, the restaurants on property are great. The rooms are older now but clean. However, for the competitive price, it is a good value."

"This hotel is located right in the city center, close to everything, and only a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Having a washer and microwave in the room was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they were always happy to provide information and recommendations whenever I asked. I would definitely stay at Tokyu Stay again when traveling in Japan. It’s a great hotel chain with locations in many cities, which makes it a convenient and reliable choice for future trips."

"Very good location near many restaurants and shops. Less than ten minutes walk to the main train station. Bus stops about half a block from the hotel. Lawson ’s convenience store right down stairs for any snacks or drinks you might need. They provide you with bottled water every day . Clean towels and pajamas daily. Bed and room was comfortable. There’s an awesome sushi restaurant behind the hotel that’s excellent!"
