"There are not enough drawers in the room. We had to unplug the refrigerator at night due to the noise it made. At checkout, there was no staff available to assist with the luggage. Room size is great. View from the room was great. Staff knowledgeanle and friendly."

"Very friendly staff, very helpful for old folks in a digital world. Quick access to the beaches or east/west I10. Pool was very clean, nice sized, and plenty of chairs with umbrellas. Plenty of pool towels were available in the pool area."

"Not enough staff to maintain pool area, ran out of towels for guests. Put on hold for long periods of time. Exprss checkout should be easier. No place on app to do express even after downloading it. Overall great time with family"
