"For price point, I was extremely disappointed at the lack of basic amenities like daily housekeeping. You can request extra towels or request new sheets (that you have to dress the bed with) but there is absolutely no cleaning service or garbage pickup. There is also no room service after early afternoon/lunch. For this to be considered a resort I felt the property overall LACKED. Go for the casino or entertainment but staying more than one (1) night is not recommended. Other...

"Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again."

"Only thing was that I paid for a “water veiw” cabin and it had the view of the parking lot. Otherwise, a nice stay."

"Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel. They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area. Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel. Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. This young man's amazing disposition is honestly what made us fall in love with this location. As much as we look forward to...

"We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to take our pets out. The property is located in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast was just basic and the rooms were small the tv is also very small. The blue heron across the street is superior and cheaper for a view of the lake and bigger rooms. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel."

"I like the room we have chosen the only bump was that pool wasn’t open - what wasn’t mentioned on a website. We traveled with 6 year old who was excited about swimming. If we knew about pool situation definitely would chose different hotel."

"It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay."
