"I had the continental breakfast which was fine but coffee received on my 2nd and 3rd day was not good. The coffee I received on the first day was good.
The reception staff only seemed to greet you if you spoke to them.
The staff at breakfast were nice and friendly.
The room was in need of a makeover and upgrade. The room was dated and there was a smell from the restaurant that emerged into the bathroom. The smell was not pleasant.
The tv in the room was poor, the sound seemed to go off a lot and...

Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had. "Staff make the hotel.
Had a bath tub toilet combo. Bath was extremely clean. Really pleased as thats how I judge cleanliness. Carpet in the room could have been vacummed more but bed clean, white sheets comfy, not even one stain. Impressed.
Asked for a particular room my child is SEN, that was also given with no hassle (obviously within the price range booked).
Really happy, kind staff especially room service the staff who delivered breakfast to room 248 on the 26 May. Its our second time...

"No parking as advertised.
Staff were very casual - often sat on their phones on the sofa round the corner from the front desk.
There was nowhere to hang the shower hose. It was just loose over the bath. They did fix it once I told them, but I would've expected it to have been addressed before my arrival.
The windows were a bit broken and there was pigeon mess all over the sills.
The view was very derelict.
Overall it was ok for a place to lay my head on a work trip, but there's plenty of...

"Good price, parking was a good perk, and staff were all helpful and friendly. However the hotel looks very tired - my room had broken fixtures & sockets, ripped dated furniture, and no hot water in the morning. The bar had ants crawling over trays & cat vomit on the carpet.
