"Could be the best hotel I have stayed at and I travel a lot. Amazing property and staff. Not one fault."

"Magnificent roof top pool and bar area. Buffet was a little on the bland side but overall great. All the staff members were great. The overall location was quiet and located close to many attractions."

"Beautiful hotel, with a staff that excels in hospitality, and everything I ate at the restaurant was perfect. Thank you so much to the entire team at Heritage Suites for such a welcoming stay in Siem Reap."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. However, there were some significant shortcomings with the facilities: - Bed sheets were stained so much so that I had to ask to have them replaced, and then the replacement sheets were still not clean - WiFi was at times not working and often very slow This place is more of a basic youth hostel than a full service hotel."

"部屋のお菓子は有料です。"

"Great stay. Recommended to anyone who come for the first time."

"Quiet location, walkable to every attraction in Siem Reap, and also plenty of good restaurants nearby! You can even buy a SIM card at the hotel for a really good price only $6 for 60GB!"

"Beautiful hotel and everyone was so incredibly kind. Our room was big and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices even with a 5 day stay. We loved the pool and the happy hour but one get one drinks. We walked to pub street and restaurants in the area and felt completely safe. I would highly recommend staying here. We were extremely impressed with this hotel."

"Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. Close enough to walk into the lively bits of town but still relatively quiet. Staff were very welcoming and kind and hospitable. Decent breakfast, decent pool. Gym was a bit small but still usable."

"The staff are super friendly and the rooms are amazing and clean. Breakfast was very good with a large choice. Perfectly positioned to do everything around the city."

"It's ok to stay for a week, number of restaurants and cafes near by. 5min by tuktuk from airport bus terminal They tried to put me in the room on top floor with bad odour. They gave me a room on the ground and bigger room but want me to pay extra $15. This place have no lift so if your room is on top level and just back from temple tours, you will be hard time to walk up stairs. Overall, place is very old, even bath and hand towels are quite old that need to be replaced."
