"On check in we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite 309. It was 1400sf with a great view of the property and ocean. Great way to spend 10 nights with a full kitchen and two sink bathroom. The property is in a great location close to great restaurants and bars. But the best part is that it’s on Mendano Beach where you can swim!! All the staff from housekeeping to pool services were excellent helpful and friendly. We will stay here again!!"

"The property itself is beautiful and relaxing, however the check in was painful, No smiles, Very negative and not welcoming at all. They asked for a credit card besides the one we use as debit and credit, and we did not have an extra one, but it was the approach and the negative way the check in host was. She had the audacity to ask if we knew someone who had another credit card; how??? We are happy to land and show up to a beautiful place just to be in the air if we would be able to get a room...
