"The hotel itself is nice, although we didn’t receive one of the best rooms. The property is clean and has potential, but unfortunately our overall experience has been a little disappointing. The biggest reason for my low rating is the customer service and the food, especially at the buffet. We have stayed at all the other Solaris resorts in Cancun, and the service and food there have been significantly better.
