"Wij werden allervriendelijkst ontvangen door de receptie, spreekt goed Engels.
Het eten, zowel ontbijt als diner, is bijzonder goed en veelzijdig. Ook mijn man met glutenallergie heeft kunnen smullen.
Het dakterras heeft een prachtig uitzicht met gezellige bar. Ook is er een zwembad en worden er gratis strandlakens verstrekt. Al het personeel zeer vriendelijk en spreken goed Engels."

"The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. The property was very clean, and in good condotion. The bed's mattress was just perfect (I am having problem with my lower back as I served 7.5 years in the army). "Room was kept very clean. On the whole staff were very helpful but one or 2 glitches such as not being able to get a drink at the bar at 22:30 one evening and being sent on a wild goose chase to the 5th floor bar which never seemed to be open.
Good breakfast and restaurant.
Useful to know: water bowser on the first floor"
