The staff could not be more helpful and were extremely supportive and knowledgeable about the local area. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. "We stayed in a two bedroom villa with the pool. I was a little unsure if the pool would be big enough for our two children (6 and 9) but it was plenty big enough for them to play in whilst having the main pool area for a bit of extra splash. Rooms are large and spacious and the gardens maintained beautifully. The staff are extremely attentive and always aimed to help. We didn’t have any real issues that needed resolving so I’m not sure how they’d deal with this but it’s better to not need to know. Facilities are pretty good for the Gilis. There’s a padel and tennis court, The pool is huge and there are a few smaller kids splash pools. You can rent bikes from the hotel which are reasonably priced. We did this and there’s someone there to repair, replace etc if needed. Electric scooters are allowed on the island. I really think these should be banned from driving around the property itself as they can be a little dangerous. Breakfast and quick snacks (chips, nuggets etc) are good but we ate at the beach restaurant and off the à la carte menu and it was pretty poor every time. Much better outside the property. Overall really really good experience and would stay again."
