"Overall the stay was fine, nothing alarming. Hotel looked really nice as we entered. However, the quality and standard of rooms were below expectations of a high reviewed/ star hotel. One example being the bathroom, shower heads were not consistent in the water pressure and so caused a lot of spraying all across. "Single person whilst very hard working, cheerful and helpful was responsible for the running of the hotel on his own. That means 24 hours of the day and night! There was no dining option on arrival or for the second night. Chef arrived for breakfast only. "

"We were stuck in an annexe , room was shabby , kettle did not work , staff did not show us the room , just pointed the way , we booked for two nights , only stayed one , felt uncomfortable."
