"The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "

"we enjoyed our stay at the morgan. the staff was friendly and accommodating. anytime we needed a taxi, they would arrange for one within a few minutes. the pool side service was good, we enjoyed our veg impossible burgers and the bbq chicken. the drinks at the bar were consistently good. loved the espresso martinis. on our last day getting onto the airport shuttle, getting help with our luggages was much appreciated. i was apprehensive after i read a few negative reviews prior to coming here but...

"Pool, Beach , restaurants , shops , coffee / snack bar , what’s there not to love! We used the very nice gym daily although an extra charge of 5/6$ per visit . Bartender at the main pool bar was fabulous ! Rolls weee comfortable , my boys loved the Murphy beds . Market close by , can walk to all the restaurants . Booked a second floor villa and it was perfect ! Loved this resort for our family spring break ! "

"We were truly impressed with our stay at the Atrium. Although the property isn’t modern, that was exactly its charm—we chose it for its authentic island feel, and it delivered perfectly. "Staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. We had some issues with the cleaning of our bathroom even after leaving a generous tip on the first day of our stay. Ashanti at reception was very nice and took care of our issues. The breakfast food was ok the lunch and dinner food at the buffet was good. The mexican restaurant food could have been better and the italian restaurant food decent. Justin was our server both nights at the italian restaurant and he was great. "
