"Airport shuttle was great and on time. Staff was helpful and we were able to drop bags before check in. Only complaint was the check out kiosk for the small "store" for amenities and drinks/snacks. It is not user friendly and does not scan items so it is not easy to use, not just user error. Me and several others had issue trying to use. Otherwise all around great l9cation, close to transport hubs as well."

"Perfect for our overnight stay before catching a flight back to Australia. Staff very helpful with directions to get petrol and also with transport to and from the airport. We used Uber as there were no taxis available and the shuttle timetable wasn't suitable for our departure time."

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"Beautifully laid out and well maintained top hotel in Brussels. Nicely decorated, updated and quiet rooms. Very clean and fresh. Professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, nice cocktail bar and restaurant. Easy valet parking. Fairly centrally located along the prestigious Avenue Louise and in walking distance and/or easy transportation to many of the sights to see in Brussels and surrounding areas."

"It’s a very cool - lifestyle hotel. Awesome location. Huge rooms. Feels like a studio apartment. Platform bed. Black out shades. Breakfast is very generous spread; and fresh. You can get lunch or dinner at the bar. Very good draft beers; and alcohol choice. Outdoor space. I didn’t use the pool; spa; or gym. I ate at the Asian restaurant upstairs a few nights. "This place is set in a beautiful part of Brussels. If you walk a few minutes to Rue de congrés there's a lovely open vibrant square with bars and restaurants. It's a short walk to the Brussels Nord train station that will take you direct to Bruges or Ghant. The hotels has spectacular views, we were on the 8th floor so we could see Atonium and views across the city. We travelled as two adults and a young child.
