"This hotel is in an amazing location . The price however for what we experienced was less than par . Breakfast was disappointing. Crowed and when asked for a latte was told we had to pay more . When you spend over $500 Canadian tonight at a hotel, you expect better service.We moved hotels and the breakfast experience was superior for less money and i had a latte ! Do better !! "

"Very clean and comfortable room. Great little kitchen but we couldn’t get the fridge to work (didn’t really need it for 1 night stay). Staff was very nice and accommodating. Located right in the middle of a very busy area full of shops and restaurants. Parking was a little tricky but I would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond with their help. From luggage storage, to how to work their website this staff was always pleasant to talk to. The room was beautiful and the blackout curtains felt so cozy. I loved my time there. It’s located in the heart of everything it’s close to bus stop 6 so I could go on any adventure (the staff helps you book too if you need it) on my last day I tried the breakfast. I’ve heard great things about their bread from all of my guides. Let me tell you it does not disappoint. If you want a luxury feel this is totally the place to stay."

"This hotel was very unique in the best way. Very safe and secure. The shared bathrooms were very clean and each stall for shower/toilet had a locked door. The rainfall showerhead and Dyson hairdryer was the best perk. I would definitely stay here again."
