"Dirty"

"I was charged before we arrived even though I picked the pay at hotel option. I was also charged a $100 deposit which wasn’t disclosed to us beforehand. The room was supposed to be a suite with a sofa bed but was not. The first room they had us in reeked of cigarette smoke but the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. We were moved to another room. This room smelled better but was in terrible shape. The entire hotel was run down and needed a deep clean. The ice machine was broken. The only breakfast available was juice. There was what appeared to be black mold on the walls. The bathroom door didnt close properly. Water pressure was very low. We asked for towels and they weren’t brought until we left. The mattress had cigarette burns. We were very disappointed in our stay and for the price we just expected better. There were stray cats everywhere and near the pool. The side door was broken to enter the hotel as well."

"This is an older property and has very few amenities, but the staff is very helpful. The deposit is only $40 per stay. I had a few things that weren’t working. The staff met my needs immediately! The price is very low for the area and has two corner stores within walking distance. Easy access to the highway plus many food options within 3 miles."

"Unable to reach the hotel for cancellation or to change the dates of my reservation. Expedia made me wait when I could’ve canceled and received half of my payment at least. Very unhappy with my reservation"

"Old building in sketchy neighborhood. Room needed maintenance and updating. Stopper didn't work in bathroom sink. There was rust on the tub. AC rattled loudly. Water was dripping from freezer in refrigerator. No coffee maker. "
