"This is the second Holiday Inn Express hotel i have stayed in and have had horrible experiences at both. This time, I stayed at the Allentown North location to work in an area hospital and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms...

"They maintain the outside of the hotel very clean. They have plenty of parking. They provide coffee 24/7 and refreshments when you arrived. The rooms are not 100% clean. The kitchen appliances are no clean properly. "I’m disgusted with this property. My business partner and I stayed here for few nights and we experienced an awful cockroach issue in our bathroom and kitchen sink area. I’m terrified of bugs especially cockroaches . Please have them clean their rooms more frequently and use high end products and get an exterminator for bugs and cockroaches. Never again will I experience something like this that is preventable Never did I get my deposits back yet. Do your paperwork please guys. Nasty...
