"I liked the location near the motorway - it's a busy golf and leisure club. Car park was full. Very quiet location, rooms spacious but there's no air conditioning. Nice bar where you can get a drink or a snack. Breakfast was nice - service not quite on point"

"Does what it says on the tin - clean, convenient and perfect for early flights out of Gatwick. From getting up at 5am through getting the shuttle across to North Terminal and through security was about 45mins."

"Overall stay was okay, venue in itself was clean and well maintained. However there was no restaurant open due to a conference being held, only the bar was open with a limited menu. Food took over an hour to arrive and staff had to be reminded several times. On arrival food was cold and at that point not enjoyable for the overly expensive price."

"Room was clean and tidy on check-in but because it was very hot the room had no AC but they supplied a fan that did nothing to keep it cool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bar was well stocked and had all the drinks I needed. Breakfast was delicious and being a vegetarian the vegan full breakfast even included my favourite vegan black sausage. We had dinner in the restaurant which excellent and the waiting staff were attentive."

"Not sure why so many bad complaints about this was place it was alright and good value. Yes not the most luxurious but for a quick stay, and the pool was only £4 to go in...."

"Unfortunately, the building is terribly inaccessible. There are doors every 30 feet without automated openers. Would be an awful place for anyone with lots of luggage or mobility restrictions."

"I booked a room for one night. I was allocated room 440. The room was unbearably hot and was uninhabitable as a consequence. Despite my protestations I was unable to move rooms and ended up having to sleep in the car. I ended up asking for a refund which is yet to be forthcoming. I am waiting to hear from the nanager"
