"I had a very early departure consequently there was no opportunity for breakfast. Staff at check-in and check out were excellent. Hallways had an odour. Bathroom was clean but the sink vanity and small wall shelf were disappointing. My suite on the 4th floor looked right down over the square. As for shopping options, it is Sloan Square and King’s Road so everything is there."

"Quaint boutique hotel close to Victoria Station in quiet residential area. Nice breakfast. Very cramped rooms and most importantly no elevator not noted in listing. Air conditioning also was non functioning for our entire stay."

"We arrived early and our room was available. Quiet position although opposite the lift but hotel seemed quiet so not an issue. Amenities in the room were excellent and there was a turn down service which was unexpected but a great service. Hotel is well placed for designer shopping and there is a roof top bar just round the corner. Would recommend and certainly would stay again."
