"The location is good, the rooms are clean, the responsive hosts. What was disappointing is shared bathroom which was misleading from the booking experience making me believe that it was part of the room. The room was actually one of the rooms in a flat sharing the bathroom with 6+ guests… the isolation was not great, we could literally hear people speak in the next room. And the pictures on the expedia website are not all about the property, so misleading as well. "

They served a lovely breakfast - with items that picked up early that day. The location is terrific, in a quiet part of Venice, where we felt we were with the locals - and their restaurant suggestions were great. We highly recommend!"

"This place was convenient for us, we didn’t have to walk far to get around. We loved having a place to go lay down to in between the chaos with all the food and shopping. I enjoyed the hot showers, and location. "
