"Propery was beautiful. I didn't use any of the amenities. I paid extra for a room with a view. That was a waste. The one window in my room was dirty on the outside so I had no view."

"I’ve stayed here several times.. some friends and I decided to indulge for my birthday. This is a very nice hotel & conference center. It has all the amenities that anyone could dream of in a Hotel. However, the hotel itself is a bit old, so minor things could definitely be adjusted and taken care … the view is always perfect. Yet the rooms smell a little old like your grandmother‘s mothball closet. Maintenance and housekeeping could definitely Collab together to improve the monitor...

"This was easily one of the worst hotel rooms I've stayed in. The property appeared old, neglected, and poorly maintained. When we arrived, our room was missing basic amenities—there were no bath towels, a huge stain on the floor that could have been a blood stain, water damage to the ceilings, black around the toilet, no shower curtain, and no hair dryer. We even found a spider in the bathroom, which did nothing to inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the room or the bed sheets. The...

"The hotel was perfect for our short stay. The room was extremely clean and nicely updated. The pool was as beautiful as pictured, perfectly maintained and wonderful for our children 4 and 9. We met several friendly guests most were families with similar age children which was comforting and fun. It was a great time and we will be booing with the Crystal Palace in the future!"
