"This was the Best Place we have ever stayed, hands down! Plenty of parking. Upon arrival and check in, you are made to feel very SPECIAL. You are given a bag of goodies, and made to feel very welcome. And if that wasn't enough, when we arrived at our room, the TV said "WELCOME THERESA" that was yet another personal touch that they actually treat you as a person and not just a room number. The staff, they were ALL so friendly. The breakfast staff was so polite and helpful. The food was great."

"Make sure if you request a Balcony that you overlook the pool and NOT the parking lot. I went by the picture and ASSumed it was overlooking the pool. My fault...should have clarified but I didn't. Although I overlooked the parking lot. It was still nice to have a nightly breeze from third floor. Overall a nice experience."

"Property was nice but there is either a lack of attention to detail or they are purposely ignoring the details like- black and dirty railings as you enter the beach club side of the property, dead bugs in the elevator lights, ceiling lights in the room did not work so we had to use the 2 lamp lights, one elevator was broken when we got there and was not repaired for 3 days, the staff there seemed totally disengaged - they weren't rude but just ignored our presence when we were around them.
