"We were surprised when we got to the hotel. The pics online looked great, but it was different story in person. First off the fridge didn’t work, we informed the front desk/manager, nothing was done about it, food was out the whole night and vegetables got bad, pop was from temp. The sink had clogged which they did unclog after our request, pool was dusty and dirty per my wife. The pull out bed looked disgusting, though sofa was acceptable (we didn’t use the pull out mattress), the bathroom was super small, such that if someone is on the toilet and you can’t open the door without striking the leg. The ceiling had mold on top of the tub. There was no front desk person all the time to assist. We will not be returning to this hotel"

"We stay at this facility 3-4 times a year, and have had minor issues like the tv screen being broken, or the shower not turning off, but at least we get a good nights sleep. This past stay, we had people outside our room screaming at each other from 12:30 until 3:30 in the morning! Did not get much sleep at all! The room was fine, clean, and everything worked fine though. May not go back."
